FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)


Please do take the time to read this as it may clarify any questions you have regarding services, inclusions and charges.

1. Do you do meetings anytime and anywhere? We can do meetings anytime Mondays-Fridays between 10AM-6PM at our BF Office, but to make sure you have our full attention and we have a proper account executive available, please set an appointment beforehand via text, call or email at our contact numbers. For meetings beyond Muntinlupa and Paranaque area, please have a quote prepared first online. This is so you have an idea of our costing and availability for your event. Once quote is approved and you would like to make a confirmation and arrange for detailing, please set a meeting via email. Below are available meet-up points: a. SM Aura b. Uptown Mall c. SM Moa Please note that due to the low price of several of our items, we do not generally do meetings outside Muntinlupa for a la carte items (food carts, rentals, decors pc the piece, etc), but usually only for Full Décor, Catering, and Coordination packages. We usually do 1-2 meetings per event, though more intensive event productions may require more meetings. As we do the setups on weekends, we do meetings only on weekdays to give priority to booked clients. Please give us 2-3 days notice for your meeting, so that we can prepare the proper photos, proposals for your meeting, as well as to give notice to our other clients for the day regarding our availability.

2. How do I avail of a quote? Please fill up details below and send to [email protected]. Please expect a proposal within 3 days of your email. Note that we need your venue to be CONFIRMED before we send quote as the rates are directly related to your venue. Without a venue, we would have difficulty knowing what package is appropriate for you. 3. Do you do food tasting for the catering services? You may arrange for food to be delivered to your homes on weekends (we cannot guarantee delivery time though), please schedule this a week in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. For far locations, we may ask you to pay for the delivery service used (Grab or Uber). The food taste in itself, good for 1-2 people, is free. The food tasting available is subject to only the available food that day. Should you wish for customized food tasting, there may be respective charges, estimated from P500-P1,500 per viand.

4. Is credit card payment option available? Yes, for total bills P50,000 onwards.

5. Does my catering and décor package come with a free coordinating team to manage gifts, souvenirs, giveaways, program, host etc? Should I expect the waiters or decorators to arrange my cakes, prizes, additional decors? Can they also take care of accepting the gifts, noting the table arrangements, cueing the host and program, giving the prizes (as the host may have difficulty doing this by himself). This is not included in the catering, coordination, or décor packages. For a registration team to prepare your souvenirs, prizes, registration table (only on the day), please add P1,000/head, for a group of 5 people. The total for this package will be P5,000, and possibly more will be needed if you have more than 130 guests. The breakdown of this team will be as follows – 2 for registration/gifts table, 1 for prizes table (and also oversee that nobody takes the souvenirs), 1 to assist host with program, and 1 to oversee the whole party area in general (food carts, other suppliers, etc). We highly encourage availing of this team if you need assistance for the day with your items, as the waiters may be busy arranging important catering matters or may not be trained in registration, styling, or assisting for events. Should you wish for a full-service coordinator that can assist you from the beginning of party planning, we have them available for P10,000 each, and they can do 3 meetings before the event to iron out details.

6. Are there other charges that I may expect on the day? Yes, there may be, such as payment for gate permits for trucks (which are charged on the day) or certain areas for truck permits (like BGC). Stairs charges as well for waiters who will need to use the stairs to bring equipment up and down. In case your guests damage decors, equipment, or take home some items, you may also be possibly charged for this.


7. Why are rates of third-party items subject to change at any time?

They may change their rates mid-year, and as we only alter our price list 1x a year their new rate may not be included in our current price list. We will update you on their current rates once you request a proposal.

8. Do you charge holiday rate?

Yes, but it would depend on what kind of holiday and what service is availed. This charge is included in our quote.

9. What décor is included in the Catering Package?

The décor is based on your chosen menu and headcount. Not including the centerpieces, the count for balloons used for décor is computed on a percentage basis. For example, if you have 100 guests and avail of Deluxe Menu, which includes 250% balloon décor of the number of guests, you will have 250 balloons to use. 10. Can I avail of a price lock upon P5,000 deposit for slot?

Price lock does not apply upon inquiry or P5000 deposit, but on full 50% downpayment for service availed in quote. New additions to the quote made after deposit are not included in price lock. Proposals sent for inquiries do not mean that price is the same upon downpayment of client, especially if several weeks have passed. The P5,000 downpayment is only to assure that you are noted as one of the events for your event date, and will be given priority over others that are just inquiries.

11. Are my talents / third-party items such as branded food carts, inflatables etc

considered confirmed until I made a deposit? They are not considered confirmed, so please let us know the day before your make a deposit so we can check if they are still available. Though at your first inquiry they may be available, they are subject to booking by several other party planners or individuals, and may be booked immediately by another right after your inquiry. It is highly suggested to make deposits for third-party items immediately should you wish to confirm, within 24-48 hours, as Party Time has no control over others that may book them.

12. Will there be a Party Time representative for a la carte items (food cart,

gamebooths, sound system, rentals, etc)? No, usually just the service provider will be present at event.

13. Why do we need to pay in full 1 week before? Most of our suppliers now require full payment one week in advance, but more than that, it is not safe for our account executives to be bringing around that much money at an event, or commute home with it. We do not accept check payments on the day because it is sometimes difficult to contact a client once an event is finished.


14. What if I make a deposit too late and the third-party item is no longer available? (Host, food carts, inflatables, etc) We have no control over items that are not in-house, so we would suggest to make a deposit as soon as you know they are available. Should they not be available and you have made a deposit, we will inform you within 24 hours, and you have the option on applying the deposited amount to another item or having a refund.

15. Can I meet with entertainers / food carts / hosts / etc?

In general, entertainers and suppliers do not do meetings, even to arrange programs. Should you feel more comfortable that they meet you to streamline your party, please expect a charge of P1,000-P3,000 per meeting for their time, in addition to their talent fee for the day of event.

16. How many months do I need to prepare for my event?

Each event differs in scope, design, and requirements. Therefore, to avail of the best suppliers and to have the best deals, we encourage you to prepare anywhere from 6-9 months before your event.

17. When do I need to pay the full 50% downpayment after initial P5,000 to reserve

slot? Please pay remaining 50% (less P5000) 1 week after deposit to avail of slot.

18. Do you take care of finding the venue?

We don’t provide venues, however, we would be happy to suggest venues for you, please provide us the following information: a. Date b. Theme c. Overall event budget (food, décor, entertainment, etc) d. Time e. No of Adults f. No of Children

19. Can I cancel third-party items?

Once we have made deposits to third-party items or entertainers, we risk the chance of forfeiting the deposit made to them, so we highly encourage that you are sure with your items before confirming. Should cancellations be made two months or more in advance we may possibly be able to negotiate the cancellation for you. The reason that it would be difficult to cancel with them is the lost opportunity cost with these suppliers, as they could have entertained another inquiry but held unto your reservation.

20. Why is Styling (non-balloon décor) more expensive than balloon décor?

Props and the use of non-balloon materials are more expensive, and require more quantities and customization. Therefore, the rate of customization is usually 3-10 times the cost of regular balloon décor, depending on the theme and requirements.


21. Why are there separate transport charges for different items in our quote? Not all items come from the same area. Catering may be from Alabang, backdrop from Novaliches, host from Marikina, food carts from Pasay. Each supplier may have their own respective transport charges

22. May we take home props from decors, backdrops etc?

Unless otherwise stated in contract as TAKE HOME, all items are considered for rent only. You may be charged additional after event should your guests take home items. Should you wish to be charged as everything for take home, please let us know before quotation is prepared.

23. Are there freebies for early payments?

Yes, but the promotions change frequently so please do ask us for updated promotion based on your total and months in advance payment.

As our balloon decors are detailed and prepared on-site, we require at least 6 hours for our

ingress time. Should the venue booked not allow an earlier ingress, client will shoulder additional manpower and trucking costs in order that the setup be done within ingress time. (Charge will

be roughly P1,000/additional staff required, P4,000up per additional trucking.)

FOOD-TASTING available, for pick-up only on weekends at different events around Metro Manila. Dishes subject to availability of dishes for that day/event. Customized food-tasting available but will be subject to charges. Food Tasting may be delivered via Transportify (client to shoulder Transportify costs) All drinks are good for 1 round. We accept Catering Services for less than the minimum, with price adjustments. Food orders for dishes accepted as well! Catering setup with décor requires 5-6 hours setup. Should the venue prohibit early setup, client must pay venue excess charge in advance for early setup charges, OR pay additional P1,000 per staff required to expedite setup. Regarding Reservations, Payments, Deposits, and Final Balances: 1. We require P5,000 non-refundable, non-transferrable cash deposit to reserve Date and Time Slot, as we have limited slots available. First to deposit, first served basis. Please pay balance to meet 50% within 1 week of cash deposit. 2. Check deposits and payments will no longer be accepted for final balances. Only cash payments will be honored. Check payments will be refunded upon clearing if deposited by mistake. This is an adjustment based on the new memorandum of Bangko Sental ng Pilipinas regarding check payments and clearings. 3. Please pay in full, in CASH 1 week before the event. Cash payments will be accepted on the day of the event, before start of event, with corresponding 5% of Total Bill as delay penalty. This is for our suppliers who require full payment before service. Terms and Conditions EXCLUSIVITY CLAUSE Client must avail of services of Party Time exclusively to prevent any conflict of interest with other suppliers. No other caterer, food service provider (except for branded carts), or party planner/coordinator can be part of same event, unless accredited or approved by Party Time beforehand. Party Time Philippines must be sole provider for event. Should client directly avail of branded food carts or outside food providers, she/he hereby waives any damages that may arise from consumption of food outside Party Time’s service, and will not be required to coordinate with suppliers not booked thru Party Time to prevent confusion between client and Party Time’s instructions for event. Thank you!

DÉCOR AND COORDINATION PACKAGES:

1. Packages may be customized, but please allow us at least 3 (THREE) working days to compute the package price. INVITATIONS, TARPAULINS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, & OTHER PRINTED MATERIAL, RENTALS

1. Leadtime for creating a personalized design is five (5) working days. Development starts upon submission of pictures for personalized design, and a down-payment of P500.

2. After five (5) working days, a design will be submitted to client for approval. PARTY TIME will allow up to 2 formal revisions from submitted designs. For every revision after that, please add P200.

3. If client cancels the order for any printed material/rentals after the down-payment, advance payment will be automatically forfeited and considered as artist’s fee.

4. Should the client not have made a down-payment (i.e., already made a down-payment for other services), artist’s fees of P500 will be added to final bill.

5. All printed materials require the written approval of the client (thru fax, email, text) and a total of 50% down-payment (less the P500) is required before final production.

6. Any mistake or typographical error discovered after the client approves the material will not be PARTY TIME’s liability. Therefore, any cost that will be incurred to correct the mistake will be charged to the client.

7. Leadtime for printed materials on paper is three (3) working days after the client’s approval; for printed tarpaulin, lead time is five (5) working days.

8. All personalized items cannot be cancelled after down-payment is given. ENTERTAINERS

1. Booking of entertainers will be done only after the required 50% down-payment. No down-payment, no booking. 2. If client cancels the entertainer less than three (3) weeks prior to the function, the 50% down-payment is forfeited as cancellation

fee. 3. Any special instructions for entertainers should be given in writing (thru fax / email) at least one (1) week before the event. This

alone will be the basis of the entertainer, and not any verbal agreement between client and PARTY TIME. 4. Client is aware that entertainers charge transportation expenses depending on point of origin, and this may increase the list price of

the chosen entertainer. 5. Client is aware that all entertainers are freelance artists, and cannot hold PARTY TIME liable for any incidents that may occur

during the event. If entertainer fails to show up during the even, client cannot hold PARTY TIME liable, and PARTY TIME can only return advance payment of client. Any law suit will be filed by the client directly against the entertainer only.

6. Once the entertainer has performed, there is NO REFUND for the performance. 7. Entertainers (especially SPECIAL hosts) can only perform within these time slots – 10AM – 1PM, 3PM – 6PM, and 7PM – 10PM, to

make way for other events within the day. They cannot be forced to extend their program if event starts agreed party time.

BALLOONS AND DÉCOR 1. For inflated balloons purchased or delivered, if balloons burst upon turnover to client for any reason, PARTY TIME will not be liable

to reimburse or replace said balloon/s. 2. All props and decors (aside from balloons) are considered for rental purposes only, unless otherwise stated as for take-home in

contract. 3. For orders for balloon arrangements, PARTY TIME will set-up the balloons at the venue at the time agreed with client. At such time,

the client should be there time approve the set-up, or else PARTY TIME will not be liable to move around the décor after set-up. 4. If the venue will not allow the balloon decorators inside at the agreed time, PARTY TIME will not be liable for lack of balloon décor,

or for decorating overtime. 5. PARTY TIME usually requires 4-8 hours to setup balloon décor, depending on size of venue and package. Should the venue have

time and electricity restrictions, client should inform PARTY TIME ahead as to prevent any possible setup problems. If venue will not allow PARTY TIME to setup early, client will still be charged full agreed rate, regardless of what is setup within time frame given by venue.

6. Client should provide pictures and dimensions of venue (thru email, fax, etc.) PARTY TIME can do free oculars in nearby areas ONLY in venues that have not been decorated before, subject to Management’s decisions. For other areas, PARTY TIME may require an ocular fee for team transportation and time of P500up..

7. PARTY TIME will strictly deliver and set-up only items that have been purchased from the company. Any additional items provided by the client will not be handled by PARTY TIME, unless additional labor services have been contracted and pre-arranged by the client.

8. For set-up of items that have not been purchased from the company, an additional P800 / person in the decorating team shall be paid.

9. Client is aware that certain balloons are adversely affected by extreme heat, Therefore, if client insists on putting balloons where it will be exposed to heat and direct sunlight, any discoloration caused by such will not be replaced.

10. Client is aware that Flying balloons are flammable as Hydrogen is used. Please inform us should you wish to use Helium (additional P50/balloon) or not use any flying balloons in your event two weeks or more before your event. Otherwise Party Time will assume


that client gives consent in allowing the use of Hydrogen, and will not be liable for any incident that occurs in the event due to flying balloons.

11. For outdoor venues, PARTY TIME strongly suggests to the clients to rent tents. PARTY TIME cannot be forced to setup at an outdoor venue without tents during rain or extreme heat. Any balloon décor that may be destroyed by outside element due to lack of cover will not be replaced nor reimbursed by PARTY TIME. The 50% down payment will not be returned and will be considered as Artist’s fee for decorating team in case of bad weather and improper venue preparation.

12. PARTY TIME will not be liable to provide tents for outdoor venues, unless so contracted by client to do so at least one (1) week before the event.

FOOD CARTS 1. Minimum of two Party Time Food Booths required per booking. Transport charges apply. 2. Before the party, food cart attendants are expected to present to the client upon request the materials to be used for the food cart. 3. Attendant will stand at post at the cart to serve the guests at the time specified in the contract. 4. Attendants will serve at the cart for 3 hours. 5. Left-overs will be given to the client including all remaining disposable plates or materials. Client is required to provide own plastic

containers. Without said containers, food cart attendants will not be liable to endorse the leftovers to clients. 6. PARTY TIME will not be liable if venue cannot provide enough extension cords or electric capacity for food carts. Food carts will still

be paid for in full regardless of venue electrical misfunctions. 7. Venue may have problems with electrical requirements on the day of the event. Should the food carts not be able to service

because of venue electrical problems, party carts must still be paid in full. Requests for partial refund will be forwarded to suppliers after event, and if requests are approved partial refund can be deposited in client’s account. As this is a consideration, suppliers will not be required to refund the said amount.

BRANDED FOOD CARTS 1. Before the party, food cart attendants are expected to present to the client the materials to be used for the food cart. 2. Attendant will stand at post at the cart to serve the guests at the time specified in the contract. 3. Attendants will be at the cart for 3 hours from the start of the party. 4. Left-overs will be given to the client including all remaining disposable plates or materials. Client is required to provide own plastic

containers. Without said containers, food cart attendants will not be liable to endorse the leftovers to clients. 5. Client is aware that branded food carts are sourced from a third party, and cannot hold PARTY TIME liable for any incidents that

may occur during the event. If food cart is late or is not delivered during the event, client cannot hold PARTY TIME liable, and PARTY TIME can only return advance payment of client. Any law suit will be filed by the client directly against the food cart company only.

6. PARTY TIME will not be liable if venue cannot provide enough extension cords or electric capacity for food carts. Food carts will still be paid for in full regardless of venue electrical misfunctions.

7. Branded food carts may leave the event once the agreed no of servings has been taken by the guests. 8. Venue may have problems with electrical requirements on the day of the event. Should the food carts not be able to service

because of venue electrical problems, party carts must still be paid in full. Requests for partial refund will be forwarded to suppliers after event, and if requests are approved partial refund can be deposited in client’s account. As this is a consideration, suppliers will not be required to refund the said amount.

PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY PACKAGE 1. If client is dissatisfied with the services of photographer / videographer during or after the event, no refund can be made available.

Once the photographer / videographer had done his job, their company must be paid. 2. Client is aware that all photography / videography packages are sourced from a third party, and cannot hold PARTY TIME liable for

any incidents that may occur during the event. If photographer / videographer fail to show up during the event, client cannot hold PARTY TIME liable, and PARTY TIME can only return advance payment of client. Any law suit will be filed by the client directly against the photographer / videographer only.

CAKES / CUPCAKES 1. Client is aware that all cakes / cupcakes are sourced from a third party, and cannot hold PARTY TIME liable for any incidents that

may occur during the event. If cake is not delivered during the event, client cannot hold PARTY TIME liable, and PARTY TIME can only return advance payment of client. Any law suit will be filed by the client directly against the cake-maker only.

2. Cakes and Cupcakes may be damaged in transport to venue. To avoid damages, cakes and cupcakes may be picked up at warehouses/offices by arrangement. Otherwise, if PARTY TIME is delivering items for free with catering or coordination packages, without any additional charges, PARTY TIME cannot be liable for damages in transport.

INFLATABLES / SPECIAL PARTIES / ELECTRONIC GAMES / ARCADES / RIDES 1. Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times when using inflatables or participating in special parties. 2. The operator / owner of the rides will not be responsible to damage / injury of rider(s) if they do not follow any single instruction

given by the attendants. 3. Upon signing this agreement, the rider agrees that the operator of the inflatable(s) is not responsible, and that the rider assumes all

risks for any damage / injury contracted in connection with the use / rental of inflatables / special party equipment. 4. Client is aware that electricity is needed for equipment, and PARTY TIME cannot be liable for electrical problems by venue. Venue

must also provide assistance in extension cords should they only have few plug areas. Party Time cannot also be held liable for overloading of electricity, or provide back-up generator for equipment to be rented.


5. Client is responsible for making sure the measurements of items being rented are appropriate for venue to be used (dimensions are available for inflatables). PARTY TIME cannot be held liable, if rides / inflatables do not fit venue of client, or venue cannot provide enough electrical capacity. Client must still pay for inflatable / ride in full.

6. Inflatables/special parties are only for 3 hours, unless otherwise agreed on. Inflatables cannot be forced to extend stay at event if not discussed or agreed on in writing prior to event.

7. Damages made by guests to rides / inflatables must be paid for by client, so we advise having a representative to monitor the children and equipment, provided by client.

8. Client is aware that all inflatables / some special party hosts are sourced from a third party, and cannot hold PARTY TIME liable for any incidents that may occur during the event. If operator / special party hosts fail to show up during the event, client cannot hold PARTY TIME liable, and PARTY TIME can only return advance payment of client. Any law suit will be filed by the client directly against the operator / special party hosts only.

CATERING

1. Services of waiters are up to four (4) hours only. In excess of 4 hours, P50/hour/staff (waiter, waitress, account exec, drivers) must be provided and added to final billing. 2. Additional P100/floor or flight of stairs, PER waiter, if elevator service will not be provided. Party Time will not services venues with more than 4 floors if no service elevator will be provided. 3. Ribbon and table toppers will be subject to availability of color. First come, first served. 4. Please give us 1 week notice of final head count or any changes so that we may correct required manpower, etc. 5. Transport charges will be applied depending on area of venue. 6. Party Time will not pay for any bond for any venue. 7. Client must pay for entrance fees for villages and subdivisions. This is not included in our transport charges. 8. Party Time must be given 6-8 hours to setup (if balloon décor in included). If for catering alone, Party Time must be given at least 3 hours to setup. Extra charges will apply if only 1 hour is given for setup, to hire extra staff and trucking for more efficient setup. 9. Should there be any required permits or gate passes for venues, it is the client’s responsibility to submit required documents to Party Time. Failure to do so may result in lateness of setup, which Party Time cannot be held liable for. 10. Please make sure venue allows cooking or re-heating of food, otherwise please inform Party Time Philippines via email / in writing so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note that food freshness will not be the same if cooking is not allowed at the venue. 11. Freshness of food can be assured for 4 hours from start of Service Time. Should Time be extended, Party Time cannot be liable for spoilage of food as food was cooked based on agreed Service Time of event. 12. Party Time Philippines does not recommend taking home food from the event as food may not be fresh after 4 hours of service. Should client or guests take home food, they waive any claim for damages from spoilage or effects of take home food. 13. Party Time Philippines reserves the right to substitute items that are unavailable in the current open market or season, and will notify client of any such changes if time allows. 14. The caterer shall prepare food and equipment exactly as ordered. The food buffer of 5-10% is only allotted for above average eaters but not extra guests. The number of tables and chairs will be exact. Those who wish to order extra tables and chairs must order additional food as well. 15. Table numbers will be available if requested. Client’s representative should do the placing of table numbers and place cards to avoid confusion with the seat plan. 16. If there are instructions regarding layouts, please inform the office a week before the event. Changing of layout on the day of the event, when the tables are already setup, will cause delay in setup and start of event. 17. Party Time is authorized to make changes without prior notice in the layout as necessary if it involves lack of space, need for power source, water source, changes in allowed cooking area, etc. 18. Client will not bring any type of food for safety reasons. If client brings own lechon or other food not prepared by caterer, the caterer is relieved from all liabilities pertaining to food poisoning and food safety.

VENUES & SPONSORSHIPS 1. Party Time can assist with sponsorship of certain venues for the following rates:

a. Assistance in looking for a venue (no sponsorship required) – P1,500 *This rate is charged immediately upon emailing of Confirmation of Venue Assistance. P1,500 deposit is required. Regardless if venue is settled by client OR Party Time, this payment is non-refundable.

b. Assistance and booking venue (no sponsorship required) – P2,500 plus total venue rate plus P5,000 bond (refundable 2-3 weeks after event depending on venue)

c. Assistance and booking venue (venue sponsorship required) – P5,000 plus total venue rate plus P5,000 bond (refundable 2-3 weeks after event depending on venue)

Party Time, in booking venues, CANNOT be held liable for the following, as we are only assisting / helping in the booking: a. Problems between venue and client with regards to banquet, etc b. Damages caused to venue by client or guests that must be paid for client. c. Deductions from Bond due to use of Electricals, bringing in of items, etc 2. All bookings will be made in the name of the client, though Party Time Philippines may sign the documents in the name of the client

to make booking more efficient. 3. No pencil-bookings for venues are accepted. 4. We do not release the numbers of venues, but we can give the numbers once the Confirmation of Venue Assistance is paid for. 5. If Party Time will sponsor the venue, all services (catering, décor, entertainment, give-a ways) must come from Party Time, and

cannot be provided by an outside source .

VENUE RESTRICTIONS


1. Certain venues may not allow certain setups (swags, ceiling décor, flying balloons, tables and chairs, stage, etc). PARTY TIME will re-arrange agreed setup if problems arise between venue and client agreement upon time of setup, However, client will still be charged full amount, as per agreed in contract, as staff, manpower, and equipment have already been booked and reserved for client.

2. As much as possible, please make sure venues put in WRITING agreements regarding venue décor (i.e. if they allow swags, please have Person in charge write down and sign that this is allowed, so that Waiver can be shown to staff in charge at the day of the event itself).

3. PARTY TIME cannot be held liable if venue does not allow use of electricity, as electricity is needed to make the decors. EQUIPMENT 1. The Client shall pay for the cost of broken, damaged or lost equipment, furniture, fixtures, glassware, utensils damaged by the

guests or client themselves at current market price. Billing for this will be served 1 week before the event to canvass for current price.

2. Party Time reserves the right to ask for a bond in case of large events where props and vases of high value will be used. Bond will be returned within one week after inventory of returned materials. Client is responsible for security of venue so that guests will not take home propos and equipment of Party Time Philippines. Employees of Party Time will try to control guests from leaving with equipment but cannot force the guests to do so.

TRANSPORTATION CHARGES 1. All items in price list may be subject to transport charge. 3. For third-party suppliers Party Time still has to confirm transport charge. 4. This transport charge will be supplied to you before your down payment. There is a possibility that transport charge may increase

after downpayment, but only for 3rd party suppliers. Client has option to change 3rd party supplier to another should he/she not agree with additional transportation charges.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. We require P5,000 non-refundable, non-transferrable cash deposit to reserve Date and Time Slot, as we have limited slots available. First to deposit, first served basis. Deposit will be deducted from 50% deposit required to fully confirm event. Full 50% deposit must be made a week after P5,000 deposit.

2. Check payments are not honored for final balances. Only cash payments will be honored. 3. Please pay in full, in CASH on 1 week before the event. 4. No down payment, no reservation. 5. Client hereby acknowledges that in case of cancellation, for whatever reason before the scheduled event, all payments shall

be forfeited. 6. PARTY TIME may accept rush orders, but with a corresponding rush charge. PARTY TIME reserves the right not to accept

bookings if management feels the event is too close, or the company is fully booked by the time of the deposit, regardless if client has inquired several months before the event.

7. Strictly NO REFUND after delivery or performance. 8. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. 9. Party Time reserves the right to ask for additional payment on the day of the event (gate entry charges for subdivisions,

charges of lack of service elevator, overtime fees for talents or waiters, etc). Client must pay this in full in cash at the end of the event.

FORTUITOUS EVENTS 1. In case of fortuitous events (forces of nature) Party Time will charge 100% if delivery and setup has been made by the time of

official cancellation of client via text / email (in writing) of any talent, setup, décor, food booth, etc. 2. In case of fortuitous events (force of nature) Party Time will charge 75% of contracted rate if cancellation has been made on the

same day as the event, but delivery has not been made. 3. In case of fortuitous events (force of nature) Party Time will charge a certain percentage depending on feedback of talents,

suppliers, etc if cancellation is made within the week of the event. 4. Party Time Philippines cannot be made liable of lateness or inability to perform on times of extreme events such as earthquake,

floods, and Typhoon Signal No. 3 FOR ANY CHANGES OR ADDITIONS TO CONTRACT 1. Please give us a two-weeks WRITTEN notice for any minor changes or additions to your contracts. We, however, cannot change

items which have already been booked/produced for you, especially with regards to 3rd party suppliers. Thank you!

I have read and understood the above. I agree with all the terms and conditions stipulated. I will abide with the policies as signified by my signature found below.
