Only this guarantees precise levelling of the whole wall. 2. Surfaces must be free of dust, debris and other materials that would impair the bond strength. Moisten the working surface with water, using e.g. brush or sprayer. Protect surfaces from dirt (of PU mortar). Surfaces may become dirty from PU Mortar so should be protected e.g. with foil. The optimal can temperature is + 20⁰C. Too cold a can should be heated or conditioned to obtain room temperature. 3. Wear protective gloves. 4. Shake can vigorously for 30 seconds to mix components properly. 5. Screw gun onto the can. Hold can upside-down during application. APPLICATION: 1. Apply the PU Mortar along the brick/ block forming: - one bead in the middle of the block element with a width of 12 cm - two parallel beads for block elements wider than 12 cm 2. 2. Put the PU Mortar on the long side of the block element keeping 3 cm distance from the side edge of the block/ brick with required diameter: - about 3 cm for aerated concrete - about 5 cm for hollow ceramic and silicate blocks 3. Blocks/ bricks should be put on applied mortar up to 3 min from application (within advised ‘open time”). 4. Block/ brick should be pressed slightly in order to obtain thin joint. 5. To achieve the highest precisionlevellingof the blocksis necessary. Blocks can be horizontally corrected within 3 minutes by up to 0.5 cm without detaching them from the wall. After PU Mortar application stabilise blocks by using rubber mallet. Taking the blocks from the wall is inadvisable. In cases where blocks are removed new lines of mortar are required. Vertical application is recommended for the elimination of thermal bridges and in corners and joints with partitions. CLEANING: When a break in application is longer than 15 minutes, the gun should be blocked and nozzle should be cleaned with cleaner. Keep the gun attached to the can. FINISHING WORKS: Disconnect the gun from the PU Mortar can. Remove any remaining foam from inside the gun by pressing the trigger. Then clean the tip of the gun and the adaptor using the PU Foam Cleaner. Remove the spray tip from the valve and connect the can with the gun - screwing it into the basket of the gun. Press the trigger several times until the gun is completely cleaned. Block the gun by using the rear dial.
