EXPERTISE: CONSUMER DIRECTION PROGRAMS As an Associate Manager, David Horvath is responsible or administering PPL’ s operations in New Jersey, Ohio, West Virginia, and part o Virginia. Prior to joining PPL, he served as a disability policy specialist at the Center or Excellence in Disabilities at West Virginia University, where he was instrumental in the design o Personal Options under a grant rom the Centers or Medicare & Medicaid Services. Mr . Horvath’ s related experiences include a position as the executive director o a private non-proft agency serving adults with developmental disabilities in Greene County, Pennsylvania; and as state coordinator o school-to-work transition services or secondary education students or the Virginia Department o Rehabilitative Services. EDUCATION Mr. Horvath has a Master o Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Vocational Evaluation rom West Virginia University.
