Monitor public procurement to ensure that the procurement of goods ,
services and the execution of works are conducted in accordance with the
law and relevant policy guidelines

To promote transparency, competition, equity and
achievement of value for money in the Public Procurement
system
212AA. (1) The functions of the Public
Procurement Commission are to-
(a) monitor and review the functioning of all procurement
systems to ensure that they are in accordance with law
and such policy guidelines as may be determined by
the National Assembly ;
