In the public interest and irl"·superseSsion of all previous notifications and orde!'s in this

regard and in exercise of the powerscor:ter:r:~ by -SutJ:.:section (I) of Section 3 of the Tripura Land

Revenue and Land Reforms Act. 1960 {4-3 pt; 19~0). t~e Gove.rnor of Tripura is pleased to create

one new Sub-Division namely Kumarghat ~lJP-C?.ivisiC?.n with headquarters e3.t Kumarghat altering the

limits of Kailashahar & Kanchanpur Sub-O'iVi:?ICul __ O(N'orth Tripura District, Tripura

2 . Consequent upon the creation at"·· KlJmarghat S_ub-Division. the jurisdiction of Kailashahar.

3 .. After creation of the Kumarghat Suti~DiViSiOn. the re-organised Kailashahar and

as indicated in enctosed Annexure A & B respectively. '

4 . The new Kumarghat Sub-DiviSion Shall start "functioning from such dat,e as ma·y be fixed by

the Government.
