PICB is seeking a Case Manager who can join our Supportive Services for Veteran Families
(SSVF) program. The Case Manager will be the primary point of contact for veteran clients. In
addition to assisting the veteran to assess his/her needs, the Case Manager will be responsible for
coordinating the provision of supportive services and provide referrals for other supportive
services not offered by PICB or that are more efficiently or effectively provided elsewhere. An
effective Case Manager should be familiar with the Cook County area and actively cultivate a
working knowledge of area resources such as: affordable housing, emergency assistance, mental
and physical health care professionals; public benefits offices; employment training and job
