Day 1 - Arrive in Puerto VallartaYour day begins with chau eured h ome pickup a nd a n early-morning flight to Phoenix where you’ll transfer to your flight into Puerto Vallarta. Check in mid-afternoon for the first of four nights in your deluxe ocean-view room at the Hilton Puerto Vallarta Resort. The hotel offers 14 dining and drinking venues, daily buffet and a la carte meals, and unlimited national and international beverages. Tonight take part in a cocktail reception with Chef-selected hors d’oeuvres before a delightful welcome dinner set up on the beach, overlooking the horizon as the sun sets on the Bay of Banderas. Day 2 - Puerto Vallarta City TourTake in a leisurely breakfast at the resort this morning before setting out on a comprehensive city tour to get to know picturesque Puerto Vallarta, bracketed on one side by a gorgeous Pacific Ocean bay, with its sparkling blue waters, and an imposing mountain with rivers and majestic cascades on the other. Your air-conditioned vehicle proceeds from your hotel to the heart of Puerto Vallarta and its outback; the tour travels along the south coast, passing the exclusive residential section of the “gold coast.” Lush tropical vegetation and the cerulean Pacific waters line this spectacular route on the way to the village of Mismaloya, as well as a tequila distillery for a tour and tasting. As the tour continues, disembark at the Malecón (boardwalk) and stroll through cobblestoned streets near the seashore promenade before visiting the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, dominated by a shining gold crown atop its steeple.
