However we recommended against re-using Locking Elements as the surface condition of the parts as well as grade and quantity of lubricant cannot be returned to the as supplied condition from the OEM. This means there is a significant risk that the correct assembly pressures will not be achieved. Locking Elements require replacement.

COUPLING Heavily corroded and seized to shaft, repair required and bolts to be replaced with new.

CRADLE

Though arrival steel cradle is in good condition but it is not suitable for this pulley, i.e. plummer block base not seating on

the cradle base, either we need to modify or manufacture cradle to suit.

LAGGING DETAILS

METHOD OF LAGGING: HOT VULCANISED - COLD BONDED - POLY SPRAY
