Under Rule 8(1) POSSESSION NOTICE The undersigned being the Authorised Officer of the PUNJAB AND MAHARASHTRA CO‐OPERATIVE BANK LTD., appointed under the Securizaon and Reconstrucon of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act' 2002, and in exercise of powers conferred under Secon 13(12) of the said Act, read with Rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002, issued a Demand Noce u/s 13(2) dated 10/05/2019 calling upon the borrower M/s Mithila Parivahan, Mr. Rupinder Singh Kler, Mr. Hirakant Kalikant Choudhary and mortgagor Mr. Rupinder Singh Kler and guarantor Mr Paramjit Singh Bal, Mr. Satnam Singh Dhillon to repay the amount menoned in the noce being Rs.77,29,071.54 (Rupees Seventy Seven Lakh Twenty Nine Thousand Seventy One and Paise Fiy Four Only) due and payable as on 01/05/2019 within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said noce. The borrower/mortgagor/guarantor have failed to repay the amount, noce is hereby given to the borrower/mortgagor/guarantor in parcular and the public in general that the undersigned has taken possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him/her under Secon 13(4) of the said Act read with Rule 9 of the said Rules on the 28th day of December 2020. The borrower/mortgagor/guarantor in parcular and the public in general, is hereby cauoned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the PUNJAB AND MAHARASHTRA CO‐OPERATIVE BANK LTD for an amount of Rs.77,29,071.54 (Rupees Seventy Seven Lakh Twenty Nine Thousand Seventy One and Paise Fiy Four Only) inclusive of interest up to 30/04/2019 and further interest thereon w.e.f. 01/05/2019.
