Description:Welcome to Lake View Villa, a fantastic 8-bedroom villa with private swimming pool and Jacuzzilocated at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro, Punta Cana. The villa sits on hole #1 of the golfcourse, overlooking the lake and green and is just a few hundred yards walking distance from thegolf clubhouse where you’ll find a common swimming pool area with kids’ pool, exotic Bali beds,bars and restaurants.

Lake View Villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and welcomes you through double front doorsstraight into the spacious and bright living- and dining room area, from where you have directaccess to a large terrace, pool area and tropical garden.

The living room is the place to lounge and entertain; it has a 60-inch flat screen television with cableTV and large, roomy sofas where you can relax and feel at home. The dining room is set up with alarge square dining table with room for 16 persons – or you can choose to dine outside on theterrace.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and designed for a real chef – which comes included in yourvilla rental. Your chef will prepare all of your meals as requested and planned prior to your arrival,so you have less to worry about during your vacation.

2 of the bedrooms are located downstairs with direct walkout to the pool and garden area. Upstairsyou will find 3 bedrooms on one side of the villa and a master bedroom on the other side of thevilla. The master has a large balcony with incredible gol f and lake views. The last 2 bedrooms arelocated in a separate guesthouse - one bedroom downstairs with direct access to pool and gardenand another upstairs with a balcony. All bedrooms can be set up with either 1 king or 2 twin bedsand have ample closet space as well as its own private bathroom.

The Lake Vi ew Villa comes with its own full-time French GOURMET chef (Hehas worked in MichelinStar Restaurants). We also have 2 maids and an English speaking butler, so you don’t have to lift afinger and can just focus on relaxing and having a good time.

The villa is conveniently located by the main entrance of Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Across thestreet from the entrance (within easy walking distance), you will also find the Palma Real ShoppingVillage, which has lots of shops, restaurants & bars (incl. Hard Rock Café, Outback Steakhouse, etc.),a supermarket, a nightclub, and more. This is one of the most attractive places to go out in theevenings.

Please note that the Lake in front of the villa cannot be used for any water activities, such asswimming, boating etc.
