June 2014 – Release Notes Page 1 As part of our commitment to continuously update and enhance our Fundraising system, we have recently added the following features to our product. Purchase Items during Post Registration - Explained Enabling Purchase Items Admins can now add purchase items that can then be purchase by registrants post registration. To add and enable purchase items for your event/campaign event: 1. From the admin console, go to your event/campaign. 2. Click on Purchase Items. 3. Under the Purchase Items section, click on the Add. 4. Add the purchase item. Please note that the recommended image size for purchase items is 180 x 134. 5. Repeat step 3 and 4 for any additional items. 6. Once you have added the item, from the purchase page click on the checkbox next to Display in Fundraising Hub. As part of our commitment to continuously update and enhance our Fundraising system, we have recently added the following features to our product.

Purchase Items during Post Registration - Explained

Enabling Purchase Items

Admins can now add purchase items that can then be purchase by registrants post registration. To add and enable

purchase items for your event/campaign event:

1. From the admin console, go to your event/campaign.

2. Click on Purchase Items.

3. Under the Purchase Items section, click on the Add.

4. Add the purchase item. Please note that the recommended image size for purchase items is 180 x 134.

5. Repeat step 3 and 4 for any additional items.

6. Once you have added the item, from the purchase page click on the checkbox next to Display in Fundraising

Hub.

• Enable the ability for registrants to purchase items post registration

• Registrants will be able to view and purchase items from the fundraising hub

Purchasing an item – Fundraising Hub

When purchase items are enabled to display in the fundraising hub, a Merchandise menu will be visible to participants in

the fundraising hub.

PayPal Monthly Donations – Explained Organizations using the PayPal Website Payments Pro gateway or those that have PayPal Express checkout enabled, will

now have the option to enable PayPal Monthly donations. The option to enable PayPal Monthly payments is available on

the Gateway setup page in the admin console.

*Note – In order for an organization to accept monthly payments via PayPal, PayPal reference payments must be

enabled in their PayPal account. This can only be done by PayPal. Organizations must contact PayPal to have reference

payments enabled.
