◆To raise awareness and funds for pediatric cancer research at the Herman B Wells Center for Pediatric Research, the Tyler Trent Cancer Research Endowment, and for Child Life Programs at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, IN
◆Riley sees over 300,000 children every year
◆Riley is a top-10 children's hospital ranked in 10/10 different pediatric specialties

What will PUDM look like on Campus with COVID?

◆This year, PUDM will look different than a typical year, but our leadership team is committed to making the best experience for our members!
◆Our committee meetings are planned to be in person to build in-person relationships with fellow committee members
◆Our committee socials will be outside to make sure all members are staying safe, masked, and distanced
◆As a new member, you will be given a mentor on your committee who can help you navigate this strange year in PUDM and at Purdue – they are a PUDM and Purdue friend that is by your side from Day 1
◆The marathon will be virtual with physical experiences, such as letter writing to doctors and researchers at Riley during the marathon
◆Cancer research is being cut nationwide due to COVID research, so our cause is so important now more than ever! Families are relying on new treatments to help their children battle cancer

other student organizations you are involved in, your friends, your BGR group, etc!
