Peanut Butter Chocolate Satisfaction
] 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
] 1/2 cup peanut butter
] 9 cups crispy rice cereal
] 1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
Directions: In a saucepan over low heat (or in the microwave), melt
the chocolate; add peanut butter and mix until smooth. Remove
from heat, add cereal and stir until coated. Pour powdered sugar
into large plastic bag; add coated cereal and shake until well coated.
Store in airtight container.

Chillaxer Shake ] 2 oz. Irish cream
] 0.5 oz. vodka
] 3 dashes bitters

Directions: Blend Irish cream, vodka, bitters and ice. Pour

Directions: Preheat oven to 425° F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place pita wedges on pan
and coat with cooking spray. Bake at 425° for 6 minutes or until golden.
Combine water, tomato, salt, garlic, pepper, and beans in a food
processor, and process until smooth. Serve with pita wedges.

Directions: Pour light rum then creme de almond and triple sec into a glass. Top off with equal parts of sweet and

Directions: Crush nine of the cookies to fine crumbs in food processor (or with rolling pin in a resealable plastic
bag); set aside. Crush remaining 36 cookies to fine crumbs; place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended. Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls, about 1 inch
in diameter. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place on wax paper-
covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. Refrigerate
until firm; about 1 hour. Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.
