The palate entry is burnished dry and tangy berries with a long citrus core that picks up subtle spicy floral notes on the finish. Drink 2020 - 2023. 2019 WHITE WINE, CÔTES DE TABLAS BLANC The nose flirts with mineral, spice and waxy green fruit. The palate is beautifully focused with precise entry of mineral, mouth-coating yellow and white stone fruit with silky yellow melon and pineapple in the core finishing with soft yellow apple. Drink 2020 - 2025. 2018 WHITE WINE ESPRIT BLANC DE TABLAS The nose offers dried citrus, notes of allspice and mineral. The palate is supple, waxy green apple. Honey-spritzed Meyer lemon capped with a fine, oily veneer. Drink 2020 - 2025. 2019 BOURBOULENC The nose is faint resinous yellow fruit with notes of chalk, anise, fresh peach and honey.
