COMPANY BACKGROUND AND FUTURE

PurEpoxy was founded in 2010 to offer a high-quality, low-cost concrete coating product line to compete

in the Canadian and US marketplace. They have added several new product lines since beginning. It is one

of the fastest growing concrete coatings companies in North America. They are continuously improving

their products and testing them for quality and new applications.

EQUIPMENT

We diamond grind all surfaces before the installation of our products, to ensure proper adhesion. The

major equipment recommended are a Planetary Diamond Grinder, Hepa Vacuum, Generator, Hand

Grinders, along with several application supplies and tools. In addition, we also provide all the equipment

and supplies needed to begin or continue a Floor Coatings business.

PRODUCTS

We offer several Epoxy, Polyaspartic and Polyurea products, along with concrete repair and preparation

products, Sealers, Waxes, etc. We offer one of the leading Metallic Epoxy product lines in the US with our

PurMetalX Metallic Pigments and PE-100 Epoxy System. We offer PurFlake Membrane Systems and

Polyurea Flake and Quartz Granule Systems. We also offer a full line of concrete preparation, installation

and repair products.

APPLICATIONS & MARKET POTENTIAL

The market of coating installations has been growing very fast in the last 10 years. Many of the higher-end

homes built in their markets receive a Garage Floor Coating when new. We believe that this will one day be

the standard on the majority of the homes in the affluent neighborhoods in the US. We are working to

become the leader in that market, in both new construction and existing garages. We also do many Retail,

Commercial and Industrial installations. We have several products that are UV Stable, so we also do a

number of exterior applications as well, including parking garages.

AVAILABLE IN A VARIETY OF CHOICES OF COLOR FLAKES TO MATCH YOUR FLOR. WE CAN EVEN CREATE CUSTOM COLORS TO FURTHER CUSTOMIZE YOUR FLOOR. PUREPOXY FLAKES CAN BE USE FOR TERRAZZO-LIKE SEAMLESS FLOORING AND NUMEROUS TYPES OF COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL FLOORING APPLICATIONS.

PUR-DECK IS A 100% SOLIDS, TWO COMPONENTS, LIQUID EPOXY-URETHANE HYBRID

WATERPROONG MEMBRANE. IT IS DESIGNED TO BE USED AS A SEAMLESS WATERPROONG MEMBRANE TO PROTECT CONCRETE FROM WATER DAMAGE. IT ALSO OERS EXCELLENT CHEMICAL RESISTANCE AND PROTECTS AGAINST COMMON PARKING DECK CHEMICALS. IT IS SKID RESISTANT AND OERS EXCELLENT DURABILITY AND ABRASION RESISTANCE. EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW

ROTARY & PLANETARY DIAMOND GRINDERS

Concrete grinders can be characterized as planetary or rotary based on the configuration of

the grinding stones or pads used at the base of the equipment. Understanding the difference

between these two technologies allows you to choose the right piece of equipment to smooth,

prep, level or polish a concrete floor.

The base of a planetary grinder consists of a large main disc. Three smaller discs mount to the

main disc, and these smaller discs turn at a different speed than the main disc. The smaller

discs all lie along the same plane and make contact with the floor simultaneously, while the

larger main disc lies on a different plane and does not make contact with the floor.

Rotary grinders may take several different forms but always maintain a disc configuration that

is easy to distinguish from that of a planetary grinder. These machines typically feature a

single large disc along the base that rotates to grind the floor. Rotary grinders may also

feature multiple smaller discs along the base that counter-rotate. These discs may lie on the

same plane or may overlap. Rotary grinders with multiple discs will not have a larger central

disc like a planetary grinder does.

PLANETARY GRINDER APPLICATIONS

Planetary grinders are generally the more lightweight of the two types of concrete floor

grinders, making them easier to manipulate. Their design allows them to move in a straight

line across the floor with relative ease, which means greater flexibility and less struggle for

operators. Thanks to their lightweight design, planetary grinders work best on less aggressive

jobs, such as smoothing out a concrete floor or preparing a residential garage floor for an

epoxy coating. They can also be used for polishing but generally require a skilled operator for

this type of work.

ROTARY GRINDER APPLICATIONS

Rotary grinders feature a heavy-duty, geared construction, without the belts and pulleys used

in planetary grinders. This gives the rotary grinder greater weight and allows it to achieve

greater rotational speed than a planetary grinder. More weight means these machines are

harder to operate and require more training for operators. Skilled users can take advantage of

the greater weight and speed to perform more intensive tasks, such as removing heavy mastic

or thick layers of paint from a concrete surface. Rotary machines also provide a superior polish

on concrete floors when used by a skilled operator.

motors are different along with the specifications and

filtration

1. PB-1050, PB-1150 and PB-1250 models have

single stage filtrations with 3 filters in the tank

2. PB-1050H has a dual stage filtration, 3 filters in the

tank with one round HEPA filter around the motor.

The standard inlet size is 2 .

Weighs ranges between models and tank options from

about 80 to 90 pounds.
