• DEP personnel and contracted facilitator cannot participate

• OFR partly funded by DEP

DEP funds cannot be used for lobbying

• North CWG formed similar subgroup that will meet next month

• PLC will continue but be independent from South CWG…. James Byrne (TNC) will be the lead

• Goal will be to obtain legislative support for mandate to implement final recommendations of the OFR working groups
