Proposed Design Would Include:
Center turn lane & 2 travel lanes (reduces crashes & slows travel speeds)
Bike lanes
On-street parking

WEST 4TH STREET TRANSIT IMPROVEMENTS & WEST 3RD/COM ROW BIKE FACILITY
Long-term extension of Lincoln Line on W 4th
Near-term potential for installation of enhanced bus stops
3rd Street has more space for a buffered
bike facility
4th Street could include wider
sidewalks & adjustable LED lighting

VINE STREET
Proposed Design Would Include:
Center turn lane & 2 travel lanes (reduces crashes & severity)
Bike lanes & on-street parking
Convert bridge over I-80 to bicycle & pedestrian only or 1-way southbound
Bike Boulevard from Riverside Drive to 2nd Street
