What is a Vision
A for a CIP is a long-term strategic statement that identifies how the community, including property owners, business owners, and residents, wants their area to look, feel and function.
The establishment of a Vision is a critical component of the CIP process because it provides the overarching long-term foundation that directs the public realm improvements, incentive programs and other strategies and initiatives that form the CIP.
