Why do we need a Mission Impossible Leadership program?

We need more and more leaders that can dream big and even bigger.

We need leaders that can stretch beyond their existing paradigms of thinking and not be stopped by limited perspectives.

We need leaders who can expand their internal being and embrace people and bring people along with them to collectively achieve their dreams for this world.

You are being asked to stretch your capabilities and take on new challenges, not only at work but in the world too.

The world around is demanding new ways to do everything and exploitation of our earth is a no no !

We are producing excellent managers and entrepreneurs in our world today. Institutions abound that are assisting individuals to be good, perhaps great managers and successful entrepreneurs. However, there is a dearth of real leaders for the times we are in.

So much is changing in our world. On one hand, we have the amazing technological and scienti�c progress that is enabling humanity to connect, learn and unleash its potential globally and on the other hand, we have had the side e�ect of globalization, rising capitalism and con�ict, that has created inequity, destroyed communities, and left many hungry.

We need millions of leaders with the capacity to take on these impossible missions from wherever they are, within an organisation or a government agency, at the helm of their enterprise or a sole citizen of a developing country or a developed one and play their role fully and wholeheartedly in creating the change that is required.

Imagine a world with thousands of powerful, extraordinary leaders looking through a prism of a world of possibilities, and generating newer and newer ways of living, being and co-creating. A world of abundance, a sharing world, a world that appreciates the paradise we already have.

How do we define today’s leader?

Our de�nition of a leader is a human being who can see in�nite possibilities in the world, chooses one or more, goes after those relentlessly and passionately, enrolling others in this conversation.  

Our belief, colored by our own predilections and knowledge, is that a leader typically is humane, sees the world as a whole, and works within that framework, as opposed to someone who might choose to be relentless in the pursuit of ambition, and may be focused only on that goal.

A leader is driven by a purpose much bigger than oneself, and is simply unstoppable.

How would you develop as a leader from this program?

Our belief is that leadership can be “learnt” or gotten, when one discovers one’s own life purpose, is charged by the hugeness of all that is possible, harnesses the key skills of enrolment, of envisioning, and can use work disciplines as a manager or leader to build newer possible creations - organisations, non-organisations, systems.

This program will not just enhance your capabilities to get really clear about who you are, but also enable you to expand perspectives, learn the key tenets of collaboration, develop your self awareness as a leader and bring alive the potential you see around you in people and in the world.

What will happen on this program?No learning journey is identical for any individual and so we have developed intense learning and transformational experiences where each leader is submerged in Immersion Pods at di�erent stages of the leadership program to deepen their learning.There are 5 Immersion Pods that a leader or a group of leaders can choose to dip into over a period of 1 year.

In this pod, the leader focuses on clearing the past so that he/she can create powerfully from ‘now’.

This is an intensely transformational aspect of the leader’s development and allows them to feel free of what has been holding them back.

Clearing Pod

This pod will enable each leader to �nd their life purpose and connect with their ‘Being’ and understand how to work with the core attributes of the Being ~ creative imagination, intuition, self awareness, conscience and connectedness to all beings and the universe.

Purpose Pod

This pod will give leaders the opportunity to play and enhance their true capabilities of enrolling people into their vision, communicating authentically, listening deeply beyond what is said, enhancing partnerships to their potential and beyond con�icts and many more capabilities that unleash the authenticity and power of the leader.

Capabilities Pod

In this pod, the leader works on the ground and be of true service to the community he/she wishes to address with the Mission Impossible Project.The objective is to be in true service and get to understand the real challenges of the community through being in service.

Service Pod

The leader’s visionary project is launched in this pod and the leader applies their new capabilities to make this project happen.

A seemingly impossible mission is envisioned that stretches the leader beyond all their existing constraints and also expands their world and perspectives.

An organisation can choose a combination of Immersion Pods and a customized program can be designed. The �rst two pods are compulsory and form the foundations for this Leadership program. The last pod is key to moving from theory and realization into practice. Far too often, a transformation occurs, only to revert in part to the older self. Living one’s transformation over a period of time makes it a part of who one is.

The distinction is one of doing a crash diet for 2 weeks, versus transforming one’s way of living by an internal shift along with its use for many months.

What is the format of this program?The Mission Impossible Leadership Program will be run over 1 year and will be a combination of workshops, experiential sessions, monthly Evolve Circles (webinar discussions) and a live 1 year Mission Impossible Project that will totally transform your leadership. Participants have an option to additionally subscribe to periodic Evolve & Grow online learning sessions and 1-1 Coaching.

In this pod, the leader gets to work on the ground and be of true service to a social or environmental project and gets a real understanding of the inspiring and challenging work of some of these projects and the people it empowers and impacts.

Sunil Savara is Co-founder of Head Held High, an organization whose vision of eradicating poverty on the planet was initiated through its transformative training that has empowered very poor & illiterate villagers in India to become literate and capable in record 6 months over the last 8 years. He envisioned and launched GAP - Global Action on Poverty, a platform which accelerates the journey of change-makers to eradi-cate poverty. Alongside, over the last 2 decades through Foundation for Life, Sunil has led personal transformational workshops that have catalyzed individuals to unearth their life purposes & lead fuller lives.

Having founded Automated Work�ow Private Limited, which is currently Asia’s leading Business Process solutions provider, Sunil led programmes that transformed the way people work in �nancial organizations like Aviva, Prudential, ING and others. Prior to this, he ran IBM’s business in Asia Paci�c in Content & Business Process Management solutions and also founded and ran an IT company for a decade before joining IBM.

Sunil is passionate about life, about the power of transformation, about eradicating poverty. He recognises that there is abundance in the world, abundance in our hearts, and the work he does in leadership development is a continuum of this philosophy.

Manisha Dahad brings two decades of experience in the business & social sectors combined with leadership transformation and coaching to enhance capabilities of individuals, groups and enterprises across UK & India through the organisation Social Brilliance.

She is currently engaged in managing partnerships and a pioneering coaching program for change makers at GAP - Global Action on Poverty in India, along with developing social enterprise thinking at the Tower of London in the UK. Her previous experience as a Management Consultant with IBM where she worked on large transformational programmes with T-Mobile, O2, Cable & Wireless and Virgin Media, gave her insights and understanding of the impact businesses can have on our global societies and economies. She also brought richness and clarity to purposeful leadership programmes with companies & charities such as Colliers CRE, BDO Stoy Hayward, Nationwide, Save the Children and NEST in the UK.

Manisha has an MBA from London Business School, a Masters in Science and Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India and is a trained Executive Coach from Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She also trained on the International Co-Active Leadership Programme with CTI in the US. She is an active visionary speaker and consultant on social and world change.

Prior to BRIDGE, he led the operations team of one of the key global divisions at Reuters with responsibilities for �nance, business planning and people development. Prior to his role at Reuters, he was a management consultant with two of the world’s premiere strategy and transformation �rms.

Mac specialises in designing and delivering pioneering leadership and strategy development programmes. He has worked with senior teams across more than 15 industries, including �nancial services, education, climate change, logistics, aerospace, construction and defence. Example programmes include the programme management of the Fellowship Commission for the Department of Education in the UK, a major policy review which lead to a Bill being successfully voted through Parliament and change in law. Mac also designed and delivered the leadership development of one of the world’s most successful international retailers.

At The Climate Group, Mac worked with the CEO, board and every region worldwide (China, India, North America and Europe) to shape the strategy and leadership required to implement the technologies, government policies and �nancial frameworks that will genuinely reverse global CO2emissions.

Mac is the COO for BRIDGE - he is responsible for the management of the P&L, the execution of the strategy, key government and commercial relationships and BRIDGE’s not-for-pro�t work.

Mac graduated from Oxford University with a Masters in Engineering, Economics and Management. He is trained and quali�ed in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis, Myers Briggs and Systems Theory
