Purva Vantage by Puravankara developers  located in HSR Layour,Bengaluru  gives a real advantage of a vantage view. Having seen the positive reviews of Puravankara developers from its previous projects, I booked a flat in Purva Vantage few  months  back in resale. Being a happy and satisfied resident of this society I would say  that the society has been framed to avoid the crowd settlement.  Purva Vantage with  fewer number of flats with world class amenities  deserves good reviews. It’s simply exquisite. Wonderfully located, breezy, airy flats overlooking the garden. I can almost walk to my office and I enjoy the convenience of staying close to the market. For all of them who are interested in buying a flat, I would suggest not to be carried away with a single or two  complaints of Puravankara developers. Rather come to Purva Vantage and have a glance of it. You would definitely end up concluding  that there are a lot of mismatches  between my reviews and the complaints put forward for Puravankara Developers for its projects .

PURAVANKARA COMPLAINTS

Purvankara is the unequivocal synonym for luxury. It epitomizes commitment,professionalism,transparency and growth..The projects are. quite close to nature and away from the city hustle and at the same time it is well - connected to all modes of transportation & is situated in the vicinity at affordable price .Inspite of being the best real estate developers in the southern  part of India  and providing the best of lavish homes, there are some reviews against the Purvankara developers for delaying the projects. The customer reviews being genuine, the developers are also not wrong at their end. Sometimes it might  be   due to some government  clearances and security reasons  that the projects get delayed. But not all deliveries of flats are delayed .  The delay in the delivery of flats can  be taken positively as getting delayed is better than noninsurance of the flats. Purvankara developers have always kept the security of its flat holders at the prime importance, and it should be taken for granted that  the Purva developers have never compromised with the qualities of   amenities and specifications in all of its projects. The exclusive 3 &4 bedroom apartments earmarked for the evolved few and for the more flamboyant, there are 4 bedroom duplex apartments.Go ahead,live life on a grand scale..
