The Positive Vibes Foundation

The Positive Vibes Foundation is a locally focused not for profit organisation based in the Sydney Hills Shire with a vision to remove the stigma of mental illness by changing community attitudes.

Launched in 2015 by Dr Padmini Howpage, the foundation works to remove the stigma of mental illness by changing attitudes in Communities towards mental health, making Connections with like-minded organisations, and through Conversations with individuals and groups

The Positive Vibes Foundation achieves this goal by providing funding and professional support in the Hills Shire for a variety of events.

Our involvement within the last year includes but is not limited to:

• Holding the Pawsitive Steps towards Mental Health & Wellbeing Expo – a one day event that brings together families, community leaders and mental health and wellbeing service providers.

• Developing The Hills Women’s Shed – a weekly meet-up aiming to end isolation and empower females with life skills and launched 22 February 2018

• Holding mindfulness workshops at Castle Hill Library

• Providing GP support to Father Chris Riley's Youth Off The Streets

• Providing professional support and funds to the Young Healthy Minds School Forum

• Providing funding and professional support to the Conviction Group Young Men's Health Forum

Platinum Sponsorship

Our Platinum Sponsorship is offered to 1 business in the Hills

community and ensures prominent placement in association

with the event and all marketing materials.

Bronze Sponsorship is available for $2k + Raffle Prize*.

*With our bronze sponsorship package we also ask if you can donate a raffle prize

and we will make a complimentary acknowledgement on the night of your

generosity. Raffle prizes must be in excess of $500 worth of value.
