Executive Development Programme (EDP):
• Module 1: Participants will learn how to assess a company in an industry context, identifying external factors that have impact on investment into assets, funding and profitability. Focus on: Industries (business environment, varying industry revenues, rivals, industry KPI, legal framework, industry specifics);
• Module 2: Participants will understand market risk and the extent at which instability has impact on company profitability. Focus on: market risk (oil prices, spot prices, futures prices, interest rates, currencies, volatility, market risk’s impact on net profit, leverage ratio);
• Module 3: In this module assets side of balance sheet, yield on assets and operations management are covered. Focus on: investment decision making (investment objects, CAPEX planning and decision making, operations management, utilization, fixed cost impact on income);
• Module 4: Corporate funding is of high importance for every company in Kazakhstan. Focus on: Financial and stock markets (debt market versus stock markets, cost of capital, rival analysis, debt funding and financial leverage);
• Module 5: Effective management skill is about having a team of skillful managers, performing market, operations, finance and strategy leadership. Focus on: Strategy and risk management – all 5 modules are brought together in this module: market leverage, operating leverage, financial leverage and illustrates the impact of teamwork on profit and balance sheet.
Following successful completion of the five modules program participants receive a certificate from EDP, issued by PwC and accredited by EADA Business School (Barcelona, Top 25 European business school).

3.Executive Training
Executive Masters Programme requires that all EDP modules are passed together with five additional modules, covering:
Module 6: Strategy Module;
Module 7: CSR and HR Management Module;
Module 8: Personal development/social skills;
Analysis of a corporate business model: based on issues commonly raising Management’s concern.
Upon successful completion of Masters Programme candidates receive Executive Masters degree accredited by EADA Business School.
The Executive Masters Programme and Global Masters in Finance and Strategy Leadership is a unique programme
