Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Service: Priority repair process

The old business process allowed customers to request expedited service at no charge. The expedited service level required a considerable amount of administrative and technical burden on the organization. Now, customers can choose the standard repair or priority repair process for an additional fee. Priority repair imposes specific deadlines in the service organization to complete the repair by giving customer equipment preferential treatment. It also generates additional revenue. The process includes tasks and reminders to aid on-time completion of repair process. In case deadlines are not met, additional fees will be waived. Management can generate reports on percentage of repairs that are selected priority process, the number of times priority fee is waived, the number of times service department failed to meet the deadlines and by the additional revenue generated. Customers can get free priority repair process when they achieve elite status.

SAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC) Security: A guide for auditors

SAP ECC security has become a subject that many audit organizations are required to investigate because of compliance requirements and concerns over the disclosure of sensitive information. Security in SAP is quite complex and sometimes a confusing subject for auditors. This presentation will provide an overview of the basics of SAP ECC security, with a focus on the items that should be reviewed when performing security assessments. Key security monitoring applications, especially the SAP BusinessObjects governance, risk and compliance (GRC) Access Control suite will be reviewed showing the link between security and monitoring tools.
