James Fox has been an integral part of the Dome team since November 1999. Upon my arrival in February I created the Operations Trouble-Shooting Team to deal with all departments providing instant solutions to daily problems. James was recognised as displaying all the credentials to be one of the deputy managers of this group. He has been an impressive member of the team and he has proved immensely popular with our millions of visitors and amongst the Dome managers.

He shows creativity, pride and professionalism in his work - which has always been carried out with enthusiasm, efficiency and a great sense of humour - he is certainly a role model for others.

I would recommend him to any employer and would not hesitate, given his skills, to employ him again myself.
