The Christmas Party is the most important and biggest event for the ING employees. It gathers most of the personnel, from all around the country, from the front desk officers to the CEO. Creative Concept: With more than 2 000 invited people, the party had to be huge. And where we can !nd the most memorable parties? Of course, in the Entertaining Capital of the World. So, for one night, we transformed the Palace of the Parliament and decorated it with key elements of a Vegas night. We also organized a lot of special moments during the event: concerts, stage contests for the ING employees and creative workshops.

Kiseleff Headquarters After 15 years of activity at Kiseleff headquarters, ING moved into a new location. It was the moment to say goodbye to a special place and for this occasion we were responsible to organize a Farewell Party at the same Kiseleff headquarters. We had soulful moments, as the Group Photo with all the employees that used to work in Kiseleff. At the same time, we celebrated the ING employees’ children Christmas Party, with painting and gingerbread workshops, magic performance and in$atable bouncers. We had so much fun!

Rise & Shine photo gallery

Samsung Electronics Romania wanted to have the largest digital photo exhibition in the word, so we helped them and achieved our goal! Creative Concept: We started a competition, Samsung Rise and Shine, in which the contestants had to send us sunrise pictures taken by them. At the end of it we had 3 072 photos that formed the largest photo exhibition. And for this, we also received a Guiness World Record Certi!cate. The event took place at Baneasa Shopping City, with Cabral, TV star and blogger, as an MC. We also constructed the special display for the photos, a “photo album” of 7.5*5m with 12 special displays.

SOS Children’s Village

Samsung is a world wide partner of SOS Children’s Village and every year special CSR programs take place. This year, Samsung donated laptops to the organization and its employees helped at redecorating SOS Children’s Village laboratory of informatics.

Check in the Galaxy

For the activation at the White Night, we created a mobile application that evolved around a check in system. More than 1000 people checked-in at museums and 255 of them were awarded with Samsung Notes and e-books.

Held away from the crowded cities, in Izvorani, this event for employees of the company, took place during a day full of contests, competitions or various games and ended with two special concerts. Was attended by over 800 people who played volleyball, basketball, ping-pong, darts, !shed, and competed in races with bags or fought in sumo suits.
