Crystal-free is keyIn the scientific world, it is well known that CoQ10 is not easily absorbed by the body. Crystal (dry powder) forms of CoQ10 are not well absorbed because CoQ10 crystals do not fully dissolve in the GI tract and the body cannot absorb crystals. Even when CoQ10 powder is placed in conventional, lipid-based delivery systems – such as liposome, micelle, or nanoparticle – the CoQ10 crystals only partially dissolve.
