Enable/Disable fine analysis of elements Has been improved and is now much faster

If the amount of marking elements exceeds 30.000: A message is displayed and the user can decide whether the marking

elements should be displayed or not

Product-Component selection The memory handling has been improved greatly

Processing time has been cut immense Noticeable in huge products (with some thousand components) and only if

the html-report is written

Element Selection Option "Ignore deactivated elements" has been increased

It is now possible to consider also elements which lie – in the CATIA

specification tree – under a deactivated element

Example:

Beside elements "A"

now also elements "B"

can be ignored.

New keyword in qcheckerV5 User function Modelsize in KB (12)

Returns the size of the (saved)model in KB

Zooming of FT/A elements If FT/A elements are zoomed, now the model is also rotated

FT/A elements can lie on several views or captures (connected to cameras)

that are orientated in different angles

Now a zoomed FT/A element is always shown in the correct angle

New feature types added "AxisSystemDatumFeature"

CAA Type: AxisSystem

"KweRule" CAA Type: CATKWERule

New User Setting "Confirm to save the current model only once for all components"

If enabled the question to save the model is displayed once for all selected

models (Product component selection).

New criterion: "Existence and Text Content of Parameters"

Checks whether a document has certain parameters with the

required values

Part, Product, Drawing and Process documents are supported

Example: BEGIN_BLOCK

New criterion: "Only one FT/A Link per BRep Element of

Geometry"

Checks whether more than one FT/A element is linked to the

same Brep element

Example: Two Roughness elements are applied to the same face

New Criteria > Methodology > FT/A



Criterion: "Conditional Feature Properties" New keyword: NEGATIVE_BODY

Example: BEGIN_BLOCK

"In a NEGATIVE body ‘Pads’ are not allowed."

Criterion: "View Outside of Sheet" New parameter: "Ignore background view"

Elements on the Background view can now be ignored

Criterion: "Sheet Name" New parameter: "Sheet name has to be unique"

If two sheets have the same name the second one is reported as faulty

Criterion: "Existence and Content of Texts" Additional drawing elements are supported:

CAA-Type: DftBalloon, DrwDatumFeature, DrwDatumTarget, DftGDT, DftRough

Note: Not all of them can be healed




Criterion: "Permitted Text Fonts" The Font Size now uses units

Thus a definition in Inches is possible

New parameter: "Further allowed font sizes (solely in mm)" Thus it is possible to define a list of permitted font sizes Example: 1.8;3.5;5

Criterion: "View Scaling" New parameter "Path name of views (Reg. Ex.)“

Thus it is possible to pick out views for the scaling check

Criteria: "Existence and Text Content of Parameters"

"Existence and Text Content of Parameters in …" Now the value of a violated parameter is written into the error

message




Criterion: "Publication Name Must Match Published Element

Name" New: Healing "Rename"

Criterion: "Non-Exposed/Exploded 2D-Component" Healing "Expose"

It is now possible to select the Detail View in which the healing feature should

be created (interactive in Analysis window only)

Criterion: "Non-Allowed Input Reference to Vertex / Edge /

Face" New parameter "Ignore elements for which no valid topology

information is available. Otherwise report a general error for such elements.“

Deactivated and Unresolved Feature are now ignored Those elements provide no valid topology information (which is needed)




Criterion: "Solid Wall Thickness" The option "Calculation on: Tessellation" works now correctly

Algorithm has been improved For example at the top of a cone the result is now better

Criterion: "Empty Detail Views" Check with healing has been improved

Criterion: "Calculation of Shells/Volumes [G-SH-xx]" Performance has been enhanced (for some cases)

An abort in a rare case has been fixed

In CATIA R19 SP9 the view position was changed after healing
