Assistant Professor Tobey Steele, M.D. enjoys a activepractice in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery at theUniversity of California – Davis.  Prior to joining thefaculty, Dr. Steele completed his training in Rhinologyand the University of Oregon in Portland andOtolaryngology at UC-Davis.  Apart from his Universitypractice he also treats veterans at Veteran’s AffairsHospital in Sacramento.  His research interests includemedical and surgical management of sinonasaldisorders.

Professor Orapan Poachanukoon, M.D. is the Director ofthe Center for Excellence in Asthma, Allergy, andPulmonary Diseases at Thammasat University Hospital. She has led the development of an inexpensive spacerfor Asthma children in Thailand.  She has publishedextensively in allergic rhinitis and is the Vice Rector forStudent Affairs at Thammasat University.  

 Jonathan Liang, M.D. is an assistant professor at KaiserPermanente in Oakland, California.  Dr. Liang completedhis Otolaryngology training at UC-Davis before hepursued a fellowship in Rhinology at Johns HopkinsUniversity in Baltimore.  Today he actively pursuesclinical duties treating sinonasal disorders and activeresearch while teaching both students and residents.

Chris Le, M.D. is an Assistant Professor inOtolaryngology and currently presides over thefellowship in Rhinology at the University of Arizona,where he also completed his fellowship. Prior tofellowship, Dr. Le trained in Otolaryngology at UC -Davis.  Apart from treating patients with Sinonasalpathology, Dr. Le enjoys a robust practice includingmaxillofacial trauma and improving the health ofrhinology patients in the Southwest.

Co-Director: Yossawee Wangworawut, M.D. is aninstructor in Rhinology at Thammasat UniversityHospital, Faculty of Medicine.  Following training inOtolaryngology, Dr. Wangworawut initiated a greatRhinology practice at Thammasat before pursuingadditional training during time at Stanford University’sRhinology department.

Course Director: Assistant Professor Dhave Setabutr,M.D. is a Pediatric Otolaryngologist at ThammasatUniversity Hospital while teaching at ChulabhornInternational College of Medicine.  Prior to returning toBangkok, Dr. Setabutr completed residency at PennState and fellowship training at University of California– Davis in addition to being a staff physician at Cohen’sChildren’s Hospital in New York. 

Associate Professor Pongsakorn Tantilipikorn, M.D.,Ph.D. is the Director of Allergy and Rhinology at SirirajHospital, Faculty of Medicine, Mahidol University.  Dr.Tantilipikorn did training under Dr. David Kennedy atthe University of Pennsylvania and further research innasal inflammation at the University of Geneva.  Today,he is the Vice Chairman of Otolaryngology andAssistant to the President at Mahidol University inAcademic and Research.
