A Talk by Arline L. Bronzaft, Ph.D.,Professor Emerita of Psychology, City University of New York,Chair of Noise Committee/New York City Council on the Environment, and one of the nation’s foremost experts on children’s needs for quiet.

Dr. Bronzaft has been called “the inspirational psychologist, who hasdevoted her career to the study of the effects of noise on people.”
