Q: Why do I hear a creaking sound after using it for a period of time?
A: The mechanism may not fit the seat base. If you hear a creaking sound,
please remove the mechanism and reassemble again. Please ensure all
the screws are securely tightened.
Q: Why does the seat bounce up and down while sitting?
A: Maybe the gas lift cylinder is not perfectly inserted into the mechanism
after being assambled, and thus causes the gas lift to not work. Please
sit on the chair, apply pressure to the seat, and try wobbling left and
right a few times to make sure the gas lift fit properly. If any part of the
chair is defective, please don't hesitate to contact us for replacement
parts.
