but does not submit, they will
receive an automatic reminder 24
hours later.
The email contains default text, but
it can be customized under settings.
Partner IntegrationsJustifacts Background Screening
Connect a Justifacts account to the CivicHR Applicant Tracking System by providing us
with your package choices. Once configured users can send requests to Justifacts to initiate
background checks and receive status responses from within CivicHR.

We have a new signature block that captures the system time and IP address of the user.
Once a user consents signs a form, their signature cannot be undone.

• The new version of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Form I-9has
automatically been delivered to your system and is ready to be used.
• We have now added validation to force an employee to fill the form out correctly.

Milestones are setup based on your system preferences to match the communities desired
frequency. Because sometimes things change, we have added the ability to tailor the
milestones for a review.
