Q3 - 2018 Measured in raw volume of containers, the third quarter of 2018 was by far the busiest three months in the history of Oregon’s bottle return system. This was the first summer season with both the increased deposit value and the expanded class of containers. As a result, OBRC collected 45% more containers in Q3 2018 than in Q3 of 2017. During this period, OBRC collected over 500 million containers by picking up from, on average, 308 locations per day with a 99% on schedule pickup rate. During our busy summer, we also attracted national acclaim for the launch of the BottleDrop Refill program, opened the 24th BottleDrop redemption center, added over 40,000 new BottleDrop account holders, and helped Oregon nonprofits raise over $400,000 in revenue through BottleDrop Give. Ref illable Bottles. Reborn. With Ref ill fully underway, Q3 was electric. July saw the

first 12oz bottles filled, and both 12oz and 500ml ref illable
