Engagement Overview:This position is for the Technology Engineering Group. Responsible forsupporting the Financial performance solutions business group within Optuminsight. This helps to support the Provider business products in the revenuecycle management services.

We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to fulfill the following jobresponsibilities:

Responsible for coordination between Testers and Developers Active membership on self-organizing Scrum team

Be able to analyze the requirements from business requirements & usecases Identify and create detailed test cases for requirements by deriving

functionality from codebase and GUI. Able to tie these test cases backto the requirements for requirements traceability.

Familiar with MS SQL Create an automation framework to maximize code reuse Create and maintain test data in complex SQL Server distributed

databases

Troubleshoot QA environment issues Create SDLC Test Strategy and Test Summary documentation Functional, Regression and Integration Testing Drive quality initiatives as a Scrum team member and monitor

Skill Required: Experience or familiar with Cordys Tool - Business Process

Management (BPM), Workflow systems/application, etc. ( Nice to Have) Experience working in the health insurance industry would be helpful

to get up to speed on the business context for claim fraudinvestigations

Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills Strong Automation experience in framework design and development

in either QTP, Fitnesse, and LoadRunner (nice to have) Experience with Quality Center and defect tracking tool such as Rally

(nice to have) Practical experience with agile and scrum methodologies (Nice to

Have) Experience in development and/or testing of Web applications Good verbal and written communication skills
