A message from the editor Here it is. The revamped QOS Bulletin. This, apparently, is the first major redesign of the bulletin in over 20 years. After spending considerable time dealing with the idiosyncrasies and foibles of Microsoft Publisher and trying, often without success, to get it to do things ac-cording to my brand of logic and not Microsoft’s, this is pretty much what I envis-aged the Bulletin would look like. There were a few ideas that did not work for various reasons, so plan b was developed in these cases. There will probably be further minor refinements made over the next few months. I would be interested to hear what you think. Comments, preferably positive, can be made via [email protected].
