Bassam Al Mannai is the owner and CEO of both QQSS
and PPM.
Bassam is a Qatari National and established the
companies in 2012
Supreme Council for Delivery and Legacy.
Bassam was the advisor to the Secretary General of the SCDL on the
development of all stadiums and precincts. Acted as the lead for all real
estate development issues and masterplans including the vision for the
design of the stadiums and the brief development and scope development Bassam is well versed in the field of Masterplanning,
Development and Infrastructure.
In addition to this Bassam has extensive
experience acting in the capacity of:

Meet our Managing Director
Managing Director Key Skills Experience
Peter has gained thorough exposure and experience of a variety of
construction and engineering projects internationally and in the
Middle East.
Currently provides astute commercial and contractual advice as well
as responding to and drafting advice for Main Contractors and
Clients in the Middle East on a consultancy basis, this includes
acting as a strategic advisor for a number of Client board of
directors.
Acted as Commercial Director designate for a Korean FTSE 100
Company, responsible for the commercial and contractual delivery
of a 1st in class selective Catalytic Reduction Power Plant, as well
as overseeing the regional development of coal fired power plant
construction.
Tasked as Commercial and Project Manager for a leading MEP
Contractor at New Doha International Airport.
Consultant advisor to Main Contractor at the New Doha Port –
including management, preparation and service of claim documents
for extension of time, EoT and delay/disruption.
Peter has in excess of 18 years international
experience of commercial and contract management,
including acting for major contractors and clients in an
advisory position for all pre and post contract works.
Peter has been engaged with a number of high profile
construction related claims, both for defence and
submission purposes and has an excellent in-depth
knowledge of the key commercial drivers in
constructing complex projects.

In the construction industry of today, all are faced with aggressive competition as the world slowly recovers from the economic and financial crises. At PPM we believe that our edge over the competition is offering cost-effective custom solutions individually tailored to best suit our clients needs.
In construction, the importance of planning and implementation of project controls are often overlooked. As a result, projects often suffer from huge deviations in original scope, agreed completion dates, budget over-runs and expensive claims.
