Quail Springs Ranch is a planned 108 acre, 1,500,000 sf mixed-use, power-town and entertainment development by Retail Endeavors Group. This pedestrian friendly project will be located in the heart of the Oklahoma City | Edmond trade area. The project will feature department stores, a collection of restaurants, big boxes, lifestyle retailers, hotel, entertainment uses and stadium seating movie theater.
The site will have regional access from on | off ramps east and west from the John Kilpatrick turnpike and local access from Western Boulevard north and south. Also, the extensions of Highland Boulevard and Pawnee Drive will directly cross the site.

Retail Endeavors Group (REG), an Austin, Texas based development company,
has been actively developing commercial real estate projects for the past 10
years.
Retail Endeavors has experience in all types of commercial development
however REG has mainly focused on merchant building over the last 6 years
as a national preferred developer for Ashley Furniture HomeStores. REG
has completed the following Ashley Furniture HomeStores, 6 in Texas, 2 in
California, 2 in New Mexico and 2 in Seattle . Our experience goes on to
include auto dealerships, large industrial warehouses and shadow centers. Total
developed space just in the past 6 years totals 800,000 sq. ft.
Our team handles all development phases from entitlement to delivering a
Certifi cate of Occupancy. We have worked in several states including some of
the most diffi cult and continue to deliver on time and on budget.
