Role: Mobile User
Qual360 Application Workflow
LOGIN:
Enter valid Login id and Password. Note: User has to enter Login details only once after installation.

Info button will display version of the app.
Click SYNC (refresh) button for assigned project/s to the user to be displayed.

Assigned project to the user is displayed. Click OK to view the refreshed project list. One may select on the specific project, for which rich data / observations are to be captured to move onto the data capturing screen.

IMAGE CAPTURE : Image entry can be done by clicking IMAGE icon. One has a choice to capture image afresh or upload an existing image from the devices’ photo library. Both the options are available when image capture icon is clicked.
Click on CAPTURE button for capturing image.

Click on USE button.
User may discard the image by clicking on Retake button and take a new one.
User may Annotate the image file and click DONE button. Note : Annotation may be done as needed by finger touch action on the image taken. Once user clicks the ‘Done’ button on top right corner, the annotations are saved permanently on to the image.

Additional tags may be associated with every data type captured. Eg. For Image, tagging is done selected any one of the pre-defined tags assigned to a project or by entering custom tag of choice in the text input field. Once done click check button.

UPLOADING DATA : Observations captured for any project appear as a listing under the same. Every record may be uploaded as individual entry by clicking UPLOAD present data type captured. Please Note : Should one wish to upload multiple records together, the same may be done using the upload button on the bottom right of the screen.
Click OK for upload Confirmation.

Data Uploaded Successfully message is displayed. Please note : data files once uploaded to user’s account are cleared from local phone memory.

AUDIO CAPTURE : Audio capture or Verbatim may be done by clicking Audio button.
Click on RECORD icon for recording. Once recording is done press STOP icon.

User may give information about “What struck you the most about this audio recording?” This field is alpha numeric and a brief comment may be associated for the verbatims.
Further, user may append Audio tags, done by selecting predefined project tags or enter a custom as needed. Once completed user may upload data individually or together with other files.

VIDEO CAPTURE : Video entry can be done by clicking on VIDEO icon.
Click on REC icon for recording button.

Once recording is done click on STOP button.
Click on USE button. User may discard the video by clicking on Retake button and take a new one. Once done user may upload the data immediately or together with other files.

TEXT NOTES : Text entry can be done by clicking Text icon.
Enter Text Here and Click on DONE. This is an alphanumeric field, data may be entered accordingly. Once completed user may upload data individually or together with other files.

Text preview can be done after text entry in Text Preview page.
Text tagging is done by entering custom tag or selecting from predefined tag on TAG page.

DATA DELETION :
For DELETING any entry for text, audio, video, Image user can click on EDIT button present on the right upper corner of the app. Note: data may be deleted locally from the device BEFORE Uploading only.
On selecting edit, click on minus (-) symbol and then click Delete button for that media item to be deleted.

Entry is deleted.
UPLOAD ALL : For uploading all the media data all together click on UPLOAD ALL

Confirmation alert message is displayed. Click OK. Note : Data will be uploaded sequentially in a queue based on number of files lined up and upload all feature will take time accordingly. Usually each file takes a few seconds assuming internet connectivity is normal.
Success message is displayed after upload all. Click OK.
