• Before taking up NPS with the EPs ensure that the members are well aware about the LCs step towards better CEM.

What to do?

• It can be done in a LC forum preferably through a session/activity.

• LC newsletters can be made for getting the information across in a better and more interactive manner.

How to do?

• VP TMs can design the agenda for the LC forum accordingly.• The LC’s IM team can work on the newsletters. They can be

monthly/bimonthly depending on the need of the LC.

• It drives a sense of competition.

• But at the same time it needs to be ensured that all activities carried out for the same are ethical.

How?

It can be added to the MoSof the matching and delivery teams in the LC. The teams now not only have to deliver their target number of experience but they have do deliver them with quality.

How to do?

• Launching a campaign requires extensive internal promotion across all platforms (social media + LC forums)

• The purpose of the campaign must be the focus and must be understood even before launching the tasks are launched.

• The campaign should be accordingly incentivised.

• EP Newsletters can really help especially for the EPs who are yet to arrive.

Increasing Response Rate

• Promoting NPS through posters & designed content.

• Educating E.Ps about benefits of NPS. ( feedback helps us in quality improvement)

• Promote incentives and benefits attached with NPS filling.

• All L.C updates and information can

be provided through newsletters. Hence, it ensures correct information being passed.

• Positive Thoughts & Ideas can be given to E.PS. This ensures a better mindset.

• Generic tasks can be assigned to E.Ps. Example: Deadline to submit project reports / application for tmp/tlp.

What to do?

How to do?

1. Such newsletter can be released biweekly to monthly depending on the number of interns matched and realized.

2. This can be the job role of quality managers/ IM responsibles/ T.L delivery. This depends on your O.S.

3. All quality responsibles can be on 1 google group or podioworkspace. The content from very exchanging department can be collected via these platforms. The final drafting can be done by the main responsbile.

4. All E.Ps can be notified about newsletter when they are matched. You can mail the newsletters to E.Ps/ Put it on a closed facebook group of your E.Ps.

• GVs,• sports days,• movie day with the EPs,• Bowling and arcades with the EPs,• LCMs having EP XP sharing sessions, etc.

Why?

helps break the ice between the EPs and the members and they become more open to tell their problems which results in a proactive fire prevention rather than a reactive fire fighting method.

How?

What to do?

• Engage EPs in LC events like Global Villages.

• Arrange off the project activities and internal events like Sports day, movie day, bowling and arcades with EPs, etc.

• Have the EPs share their XP at LC forums.

How to do?

• VP BDs along with an organizing committee can take it forward to organize global villages at youth hotspots across the city. It’s a great way to engage the EPs and enhances their XP.

• LC forum agendas to be planned accordingly by VP TMs to ensure the EPs have their space.

• Best way to boost response rate is physical induction/feedback meetings with the EPs currently in the LC.

• There is no delay factor attached to it.

• Ensure there is internet facility and laptops at the meeting place.

• Give them an insight as to what is NPS and how it matters?

How else can I do it?• RnRs : They can be accordingly

incentivized.

• NGO Feedback/Review meets : They help in better alignment of the JDs and is a good way to check on the delivery.

• Have teams in place for delivery :for example, pick up teams, project delivery teams, support teams, fire-fighting teams, etc.
