Quality Services Sdn.Bhd. establishment are describe in this business plan in all aspects about the project that we want to operate. It is a start up venture created and dedicated by five individual in variety of experiences in different area. This business plan is willing to accommodate in order to be as a guideline and reference for us to commerce our company.

Quality Services Sdn.Bhd. is the great ideal that we choose. We realized that is not easy to build up a business especially make a product and give service to our customer in a same time. Building a business is giving a lot of experience, satisfaction, knowledge and management of a business. We do hope that our company will triumph in the local market according to our targets.We have been recommended a place based at the center of non busy area for our business location

We choose this place because it is a strategic location and suitable for our business because it is center of the country which can make them easily to distribute our products. Furthermore, we choose this location because of the development area at this present moment and easier for us to sell our product. This factor will strengthen our location target.

In the future, we hope that our company will move successfully by establishing new branch and develop bigger market size. In order to gain higher profit, we are making many marketing strategy such as by making our company website, business card, signboard, pamphlet and advertising in media.

Quality Services Sdn. Bhd. is the company where we want to safe our environment to be always in good and reduce the cost of maintainance in plumbing system.

Our products name here is ‘GREESE TRAP’. This ‘Greese Trap’ will filter first all the backstop and will flow the water to the water treatment plan with smoothly.

country and high population place. It is suitable for Quality Services to operate our

business because the population here ar too busy in their daily life

Demographic Segmentation It have 4 800 000 people in Selangor. We assume

the building there is too high. The number of building in Selangor is estimate

MARKETING STRATEGIES

Product Strategies In our company, the operation department was identify first

what our product lack. So, they try to remove the lack to make our product in good condition that can give benefits to the people when use it. Besides, the operation department also check up all the safety in our products.

Price Strategies First strategy, we give free maintainance for all first customer. We also give the best price for the first trial with discount.

Place Strategies Our target is food factory, school canteen, café, housing area,

and so on. We target all the hardware to sell our product and we also

want to train all our worker or dealer to attach our product.

i. Flyers The flyers was made because with flyers, the people
