The company is conscious of the importance of protecting the Health, Safety and Environment of all its employees. And such is our policy; to execute work favoring all who work within the confines of the company.In order to attain this objective, the company elaborates and implements Health, Safety and Environmental plan for the execution of work within an operating project.The responsibility in administering this plan encompasses all from top management to project management to the employees working at sites and plants. The Health, Safety and Environmental coordinator will be present to lend his expertise and support to the task at hand; however, it lies with each one of us to work safely.Each worker on the site has the obligation to execute his assigned task in a manner which will neither endanger him nor any of the other people in his immediate working environment.All activities are to be performed incomplete compliance with the rules and regulations established by the project management and in overall compliance with the standard Health, Safety and Environmental in the work premises abiding local statutory rules and regulations.Management is committed to ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental policy shall be implemented throughout the organization. Anti-Corruption Policy

TRIO Partners Building Contracting Co. LLC (TRIO) does not pay and does not ignore paying bribes to anyone. TRIO personnel are prohibited from giving offering bribes, kickbacks, or similar payment or consideration of any kind, whether in UAE or abroad, to any person or entity (including but not limited to any customer or potential customers, government officials, or any intermediaries, such as Attorneys or Consultants) in order to influence official act or decisions of person or entity, obtain or retain business or a business advantage for, or direct business to, the company, and/or secure any improper advantage.Similarly, TRIO Partners Building Contracting Co. LLC (TRIO) does not accept and does not condone the acceptance or receipt of bribes from anyone. TRIO personnel are prohibited from accepting or receiving bribes, kickbacks, or similar payment or consideration of any kind, whether at UAE or abroad, from any person or entity which is intended to, or which may be intended to: influence one’s official acts or decisions; obtain or retain business or a business advantage for, or direct business to, the offer or of the bribe and/or any entity that the/share presents; and/or secure any improper advantage for the offer or of the bribe and/or any entity that he/she represents.

Company Personnel are also prohibited from providing or receiving gifts, meals, entertainment or anything of value to any person or entity in connection with Company business unless it is provided or received in accordance with:• this Policy,• the TRIO Code of Conduct,• the Company’s Policy on Gifts, Entertainment and Other Benefits (the “G&E Policy”)

While it is the Company’s policy to prohibit the paying of bribes to anyone. Violations of this Policy will not be tolerated. Any Company Personnel who violates this Policy will subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or relationship with the Company.

The Company will not take any adverse action against anyone for providing truthful information relating to a violation of law or Company policy, and the Company will not tolerate any retaliation against persons asking questions or making good faith reports of possible violations of this Policy.
