Q.8 Do you take any steps to ensure that you will enjoy good or better health in later life?

There is a sea-change in future focus as we age. Most are unengaged by the idea of taking deliberate health promotion

steps for later life but the salience and importance of this shifts dramatically as we move beyond 60.
