Queen's House is a large and attractive 18th century stone dwelling in the heart of the Conservation Village of Sulgrave. Within easy walking distance are the famous Sulgrave Manor, once the home of George Washington's ancestors, the ancient Star Inn with its excellent restaurant, the Parish Church containing the Washington Pew, a Community Shop housed in a former 18th century Charity School and a Scheduled Ancient Monument where over a thousand years ago stood one of the largest Saxon Halls yet excavated.

The village is seven miles from the M40 motorway at Banbury, from where trains reach London Marylebone in less than an hour.

Three double rooms and one twin are available. All are large and comfortable. One double can be made into a family room if necessary.

Prices are from £35 per person per night in a double or twin sharing and from £45 per person per night as a single in a room.

Full English or Continental Breakfast and most dietary requests can be accommodated.
