    Pursuant to section 71(10) of the Queensland Heritage Act 1992 and section 69 of the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority Act 2016,I notify that I accept the recommendation of the Queensland Heritage Council in its notice to the Chief Executive Officer of the CrossRiver Rail Delivery Authority dated 9 April 2020, that the proposed development of rail infrastructure and a new Exhibition Stationat the Brisbane Exhibition Grounds as part of the Cross River Rail Project, can be carried out subject to stated conditions.

    CALL FOR TENDERS FOR AUTHORITY TO PROSPECT NOTICE (No 2) 2020 Short title 1. This notice may be cited as the Call for Tenders for Authority to Prospect Notice (No 2) 2020 under the Petroleum and Gas

    (Production and Safety) Act 2004 (the Act). Call for Tenders for Authority to Prospect [s.35 of the Act] 2. This notice is a call for tenders for five Authorities to Prospect (ATP’s) for five petroleum and gas areas described as PLR2020-2-1,

    PLR2020-2-2, PLR2020-2-3, PLR2020-2-4, PLR2020-2-5 in the Schedule to this notice. Pursuant to section 99 of the Act, particular

    land may be excluded land for the ATP’s.

    Lodgement & closing time 3. Tenders must be lodged with the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy before the closing time, being 2:30pm

    (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on 3 September 2020.

    Details about the tender The following details about the tender are contained in the Tender details and process document (PLR2020-2) accessible at www.dnrme.qld.gov.au/resources-tenders:

    tender lodgement information; any proposed conditions of the authority, other than mandatory conditions, that are likely to impact significantly on

    exploration in the proposed area;

    the required program period for the initial work program for the authorities; any criteria (special criteria), other than the work program criteria and capability criteria, proposed to be used to decide

    whether to grant the authorities, or to decide its provisions;

    whether a process for appointing a preferred tenderer involving a cash bid component is to be used for deciding the call; if any part of the proposed area of the authorities is to be subject to an Australian market supply condition – the part of the

    TOWNSVILLE CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICEADOPTION OF MAJOR AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNING SCHEME FORTHE CITY OF TOWNSVILLE – LANSDOWN STATION AT CALCIUM

    Notice is given under the Planning Act 2016 that on 26 May 2020,Townsville City Council adopted a major amendment to the planningscheme for the City of Townsville (Townsville City Plan).

    The purpose and general effect of the amendment is to changethe zoning of land parcels at Lansdown Station to support thesite’s longer-term development focus, namely a proposedMotor sport facility use and high impact industrial-based uses.

    The amendment includes the following changes:• Part 1 – About the planning scheme: Reflection of the Lansdown

    high impact industry precinct and the Lansdown motor sportfacility precinct.

    CONDITIONS

    1. A written clearance confirming the exemption of the shipbeing granted through the Regional Harbour Master (Cairns)and any further conditions as determined by the RegionalHarbour Master (Cairns).

    2. This exemption applies only to access the barge ramp in theCape Flattery pilotage area.

    3. This exemption is effective from 16 June 2020 until31 December 2023.

    4. The ship’s master must advise the Regional Harbour Master(Cairns) of any crew changes.
