(a) may be detained by any member of the olice force until it is disposed of pursuant to paragraph (b) o

(b) may be delivered at any time after the appointed day- (i) if a comm~ssioned officer is sat~sf ie~ that some person is the

owner, or would be entitled to possession if that person complies with the prov~sions of this Act in respect thereof-

(A) to the owner or person entitled to such possession; or (B) if the owner or person entitled to such possession

(ii) a tipe en diary ~agis t ra te may, in any particular case, give such directions as he thinks fit, including directions in relation to obtaining subpoenas where the procedure under su~paragraph (i) does not extend or is inappropriate, and such directions shall, according to their tenor, have the force and effect of Rules of Court made for the purposes of the appeal.

(4) No appeal shall lie against the d e t e r ~ i ~ a ~ o n of an appeal by a Magistrates Court under this section, which decision shall be final:
