In terms of use:

Having done a lot of research into hood crime films and TV shows like; Kidulthood, Adulthood, Ill Manors, Shank, Harry Brown, Attack the Block and Top Boy I noticed many patterns of similarity. All trailers begin with an establishing shot to establish the location of the film. All of the trailers are set in London as this is an inner city urban environment where crime occurs. When creating this trailer my partner and I were based in London as this is where we live and we thought a suitable location to film in would be in West London on a huge housing estate, conventional of a hood crime genre.
