Our Target Audience:Our Target Audience: I think our main target audience is British teenagers this is because most of our cast

are teenagers and I think our film would only relate to teenagers. Also because of the way our teenage characters act is typical to British teenagers, so

I think it would only work in England as in the script we have is typical British teenage language.

And it is set in Britain and most scenes are set a lot in a college in Britain so it would mainly relate to British teenagers.

I think our film would appeal to both sexes as it is about a boy and girls relationship which I think girls would like and then there is also the aspect of having the kidnapping scene and the things he does to her to keep her captive I think boys would like so it can be for both girls and boys.

However I do think our film could go out to a wider audience to maybe 20 year olds to 25 year olds as they were only just teenagers and they would understand the language and the settings of our film. But I don’t think anyone older would really get the film as much because of the cast being younger and the language in the script that we used.

Classification:Classification: I think our film would be a 15 this is because of the

following reasons:Strong violanceStrong languageThese things are main parts of our film so over all I

think it should be a 15 because of those things as I think 12A is too young and even though we are cutting off a potential audience, it has to much violance for that young a audience. And it wouldn’t be an 18 as that is to old for our target audience as we have characters in our film that are 16/17.

Films similar to mine:Films similar to mine: Kidulthood I think is a good film to compare ours too. This is

because its about British teenagers and this film has the same sort of language and relates to young British culture.

They do this by using characters that can relate to modern teenagers and this means that because they can relate this means that they would get more of an audience who would watch it.

Also because of this it makes them feel like it could happen to them and makes it more intense.

I would say our film does these things using the characters and so I think its very similar to ours and would say we have the same target audience because of these things.
