My School Magazine And Music Magazine Front Covers

• Since making my school magazine front cover, my Photoshop skills have grown humongous amount. For example, when I was creating my school magazine I had no idea how to cut the back ground out of and image or resize a image without it going distorted. Also I know now how to put an outer glow on my writing, for example, round the sub heading “S/ASH” which I didn’t know how to do when I was making my school magazine. Furthermore I found out how to get more interesting and creative fonts than just using the standard ones. There are lots more things I have learnt but the list would be endless.

• As I like the low angled picture of a basketball net on my school magazine the lay out is so simple because I didn’t under stand how to use Photoshop. I have learnt now how to use the layers properly and have learnt how to make a more professional looking contents page and front cover. I used a far greater amount of tools to create my music magazine contents page.
