Design of the questionnaire can be split in to three elements

Survey aims: to explore the factors that might explain the reasons that Islamic University of Lebanon candidates give for undertaking a MBA program:

- Date of the version should be printed on the questionnaire.
- A brief introductory statement.
- Contact and return information should be included on the questionnaire.
- Standardize by using as few question types.
