ETEBA Welcomes You to the 20th

Annual Business Opportunities and Technical Conference!

GREETINGS CONFERENCE ATTENDEES

This year marks ETEBA’s 30th anniversary, and we are delighted that you are helping us celebrate this milestone year by participating in our 20th annual Business Opportunities &

Technical Conference!

The Business Opportunities and Technical Conference (BOTC) packs a wealth of information, networking and fun into a three day first-rate program. Each year more than 400 participants

gather to learn about upcoming opportunities with prime contractors and government procurement officials in the energy, environmental and defense markets, and to build contacts and

relationships with key decision makers, teaming partners, and potential clients. The conference also provides an excellent forum for you to promote your company’s capabilities, products and services, and it offers technical

presentations and training opportunities for technical and managerial staff as well.

As always, the primary focus of this year’s BOTC will be on current business trends and upcoming opportunities across the DOE Complex and will other federal agencies. In addition, there will be technical and training sessions featuring outstanding speakers who will showcase their specialized technical expertise, new and

unique technological advances, and project success stories. If you want to present a technical paper at the BOTC, see page eleven of this conference prospectus for details, and take advantage of this opportunity to

share your technical expertise and project successes with your technical peers, potential teaming partners, and existing and potential clients!

We will again host our annual Student Internship and Job Fair during which we will offer students in STEM

curricula from colleges and universities in the region the opportunity to meet with member companies, and we’ll also host our scholarship golf tournament Tuesday, October 8th which will raise scholarship funds for

seven colleges and universities in Tennessee and in New Mexico. Be sure to sign up for the golf tournament if you are interested in supporting aspiring young college students, and sign up to host a table at the Student

Internship and Job Fair at no additional cost if your company wishes to interview young students who will soon enter the job market,

Finally, as always, we’ll have lively evening receptions in the Exhibit Hall that will give participants the

opportunity to network, meet potential clients and teaming partners, re-connect with old friends, and win door prizes while enjoying great food and entertainment.

We know you’re going to enjoy this year’s BOTC, and we look forward to seeing you in Knoxville. Safe travels,

and we’ll see you soon!

Best Regards,

Tim Griffin ETEBA Executive Director
