begin the installation

The setup will download and install the mirror and the ASOA services during this
process. This will just take few minutes

After the installation is
completed, you have the
possibility to open the console
with the standard connection
(http) or with secured connection
(https) or just click “Finish”.
By clicking “Finish” the console
will be opened in your default
internet browser with the
standard connection (http) if you
let the option “open the console
now” checked.

login, the default username is
“admin”

You can use the deployment wizard
to start deploying avast antivirus on
your machines or cancel it
You can use as well the
predefined discover job or
create a new one to find your
computers and then create a
deployment job

You can see under “NETWORK” the
list of discovered computers after
running the discovery job

Give a name to your Deployment job so you can easily find it in your jobs list

There are 3 types of deployment
for network under Domain and 2
for network under Workgroup
• Unattended deployment (Domain)

Workgroup)

You can schedule the job or
just run it manually
Find the created job in the jobs
list and click the “Run Now”
button to start it

How to submit a ticket to Reseller Technical Support Department?
* First of all, you have to register to get an account
1. Login
2. Create a ticket (by clicking the link “submit a ticket”)
3. Select the Department (RESELLER SUPPORT)
4. Select the Ticket priority
5. Enter your message & submit it (do not forget the title)
• Your ticket must contain as much information as possible!
� Detailed description of the problem
� Hardware information (server/client hw configuration)
� Software information (OS,installed application list ..)
� Network topology/configuration (for ASOA & AEA)
� Other logs (event viewer, third party tools etc.)
